Hi there! My name is João (typical portuguese name) not Juáu, bit difficult to pronounce, i know ahah, and I'm 22 years old.

Started to travel years ago and i immediately fell in love with this life style.

Currently im doing Erasmus in Liberec, Czech Republic, and i would love to visit as much countries as i can, because this is an opportunity of a life time. When I say visit, I mean visiting and also live the country culture. Get to know as many people as I can, eat traditional food and hang out in typical bars and discos, if possible obviously.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Actually this is a tough question to answer. I really don't have one reason to explain why am I couchsurfing, because years ago I was that guy that would always tell my friends not to do this kind of things.. probably because I thought it was too dangerous...
After listening a few reviews of them, I changed my idea about it and decided that during my Erasmus it would be a great oportunity to experience everything good that a country has to offer.. Locals, food and ending up with great stories to tell.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music?? Wow i don't have, probably have 50 favorite musics.
Music is my storyteller to fall asleep and i always keep my headphones near me.
Love to listen to rap, hip hop, eletronic music such as techno, liquid and normal drum and bass, sometimes some comercial/radio music... I don't know, I basically listen to almost every type of music :)
