Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on a WHV in Australia since Jan 1st, 2018 🇦🇺: I'd like to make my time in Australia an unforgettable experience and get to know as many great personalities as possible :)

Interests

Traveling obviously is my biggest passion. I also like to simply enjoy life and surround myself with nice people. I'm very open-minded, curious and easy-going on my travels. I love discovering new places, learning new things and going on an adventure every now and then. Other than that I like reading, doing sports, hiking, being outside and casually going for drinks. I’m a strict non-smoker and very sensitive to the smell 👃🏼😅

I love to cook! Brekkie is my favourite meal of the day (that’s my German roots haha) and I love to have people over for brunch or dinner.

I’ve done my 2nd year farm work in a vineyard and sheep farm in Western Australia and this time of my life has been incredibly hard but also very transforming. I learnt to respect the hard life every farmer has to live, to appreciate the little things and focus more on what really matters in life. I also got very close to nature, listened to birds, watched the clouds and I’m more and more addicted to sunrises and sunsets.

The ocean is my all time favourite place. 🌊

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My adventure in Australia is really something special and unique. I fell in love with the beauty of this country and can’t wait to spend another year exploring the places I haven’t seen yet.

Skydiving and hot air ballooning in Australia, exploring the secret ancient ruins of Chichen Itza in Mexico, my first bungee jump in Thailand and the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen in Samoa.
