I am a fan of instrumental music. I realize that this kind of music help me in relaxation and concentration. Besides, I am interested in documentaries, especially which talk about natural lives. As for books, now I am concerned ones relating to psychology and health improvement.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking at Nepal is one of the amazing things I have done. I consider this trip a precious experience because this was the first time I spent 10 days under extreme cold weather and privations. Someimes I wanted to give up and come back. However, everyday I tried my best and reached my target finally. After this trip, I understand deeply the saying “success is a journey, not a destination”.
