People say I'm gentle, compassionate and seem like an old soul. I enjoy exploring new countries, cities, indigenous cultures,nature areas, sharing home cooked meals with others, and having a dance. Being in the moment and appreciating what you have, while you have it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I recently joined as I am travelling for 4months in North America and 3 months in Peru.It is a nice way to travel as it’s an opportunity for cultural exchange while staying with local people. I'd like to host for others in the future and share with them the things to enjoy in the local area.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy live music, folk, world, and many other types of music. The most recent book I read was Kissed By a Deer~A true story of a woman travelling alone through Tibet. I love going to the cinema and enjoy seeing foreign/Arthouse films.
