My name is Mario and I was born in Bremen and currently live there as well with my girlfriend in a lovely appartment. I like to get in contact with people from any culture, because it's the best way to widen your horizon and to get to know and see the world. Being German, I obviously like to drink beer but during my time in France I learnt to appreciate wines as well ;) As you can see, I love to go out and I could show you some nice bars/pubs in Bremen, if you are interested in it. Further, I speak English and French more or less fluently and I am always willing to learn some phrases in any other language as well.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is the best way for my girlfriend and me to meet locals and to get to know new cities. We hope to have a nice time with you guys and who knows ... if you are interested in seeing Germany, you are always welcome to surf on our couch in Bremen ;)

Movies: City of God, Drive, Shawshank Redemption, Shutter Island, The Dark Knight, Memento and many others. One of my all time favorites due to childhood memories has to be: The Lion King ;)

Books: Stieg Larsson's Millenium Trilology, Jo Nesbo's Snowman and Frank Schätzing's The Swarm. In general I like to read good thriller.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

There are many and most of them got to do with travelling
- Spending four weeks in Brazil with one of my best friends, who is half Brazilian, is definately one of them. By the way, we were lucky enough to safe some dolphins who were stranding on a small beach in Arraial do Cabo (we even uploaded a video on YouTube and it went viral, so maybe you have seen it as well ;) )
- Living one year and a half in the beautiful city of Marseille in southern France
- Travelling through Croatia and Iceland with my girlfriend
- Making music on stage
