Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a super convenient platform for travelers for a few different reasons. Some of them being: not worrying about being stranded and having nowhere to go because there are awesome people who want to help and make sure you have a great experience in their country; easy way to meet locals who can add value to your experience; getting to learn a new culture and way of life as well as teaching about your own.
I'm a traveler at the moment but I want to make sure that as soon as I get back home, I set up so that I can accommodate travelers the way that others have and hopefully will accommodate me. It's a beautiful community, and I'm happy to be a part of it.

Interests

I play basketball, Padel, badminton, and a bit of football (not so much as I’ve got older). I love a good walk/hike - calms the soul. I enjoy many different genres of music. I especially love acoustic sounds, airy and indie pop. I also play the guitar and sing. I play with fire (literally). I enjoy boxing, I used to take classes but haven’t in a while. Maybe I’ll take them up again. I also appreciate a good meme.. ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I've met a lot of people that were super keen to learn my native language, and whom I've been ever so happy to teach. I'd love to learn guitar if anyone who can play would be patient and willing to teach (I already know basics so it wouldn't be from scratch). I'd also love to learn your language, I catch on quick ;). And I unfortunately have nothing physical or tangible to share, but I do have a quirky sense of humor which I hope makes up for that. I'd love to share some stories and experiences, and also learn about others' life and journeys.
