About Me

At daytime I mainly draw stuff and read books, but at night I become a witch and I do witch stuff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to meet interesting people and to EXPERIENCE stuff and to find ADVENTURES!!!

Interests

My main interest is art. I've read piles of books about art history and I'm planning on reading some more. I create stuff myself too and sometimes people say that it's not that bad! To be honest I'm painting or drawing nearly all the time and I'll somehow try to make a living out of this..............
Besides I love love love literature. My favorite authors are Kerouac, Jurga Ivanauskaitė, Patti Smith and lots of others. Now I'm going through my fairy tale phase, reading various fairy tales from all around the world and trying to find myself and modern world actualities in them.
Also I love listening to music, mainly alternative rock, punk rock, but I constantly experience classical music-Iranian rave-chirping of birds and similar phases. I don't play any instrument and my voice is really bad, but it doesn't mean that I don't sing ;)

I love dressing up funny and making my own clothes! I take photos of everything! I write stupid poems! Also I'm planning on going to pottery courses so I could make some tea mugs! I go to theatre! I love forests and rivers! Witches! MOVIES! And I'm not done yet, just I'm embarassed to write too much about myself!

Music, Movies, and Books

For some reason I read a lot of biographies and history books and poetry, not that many novels tho. I loved Marinas Abramovic memoirs, Patti Smith autobiography. Fun fact: I've read a book about history of colour red from stone age to nowadays.
Movies. I love well coloured movies like Suspiria and I really appreciate a good soundtrack like in Only Lovers Left Alive. And I like crazy stories like in Lobster or casual stories like in Paterson or The Dreamers (not that casual when I thought about it). My favorite directors are Jim Jarmusch and Xavier Dolan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had my first solo exhibition not that long ago.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can tell you a lot of fairy tales or I can explain you art history memes and I can show you how to draw Baba Jaga (she is crazy woman, I could tell you all about her). Also I can nearly make crow sounds and I could teach you that. And funny lithuanian swear words of course!
ALSO I volunteer in MO (Museum of Modern Art) in Vilnius and I could be your guide there!
I'd love to hear all the stories you have to tell. And maybe teach me play drums? Embroidering? How to be more extra? Also I'd like to learn how to make proper crow sounds.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could feed your cat or get some milk in my way back to your place. Or I can send you a postcard from Vilnius! Also I can show you around in Vilnius, I can be your guide in Museum of Modern Art, I can take you to the best concert that day........ Possibilities are endless my dear.
