I love to travel and meet people from different parts of the world. I live in India. Because of my father who serves in Indian Military I have lived all across this beautiful and diverse country. I have hosted and visited people from various parts of India since the good old days where internet was a luxury.
I always love to meet people from various countries and interact with them. So I thought of creating a profile in couch surfing so that I can show my hospitality and love to the world. And when I travel abroad I can live with people whom I know from this platform.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to make what I call as My Surfing Pals. From my childhood I have loved to make friends all over my country wherever I lived and have many friends in all the major cities in India. Now I want this experience to be Global. I would love to meet and host 'genuinely interested' people and let them explore my beautiful country. And Similarly I would expect them to do the same when I go to there place. I want to be the part of this great couch surfing community and make life long pals.

Music :

Depends on my mood. I listen to different kinds of music depending on my mood at that time.
I love Rock music(Led Zeppelin to Linkin Park - but only the famous ones) when I am in a mood to let my inner energy out and give me a booster. I listen to rap (mostly Eminem) when I am frustrated or heavy rap in workout.
I love blues when I am feeling light. I love 90s pop. I listen to lots of contemporary pop too. And the list goes on.

Movies :

I am a big movie buff. Here are some of my favorite movies (hard to pic one) :

Hollywood and world cinema---

Batman Trilogy (Chris Nolan), Inception, The Shawshank Redemption, Pirates of the Caribbean Series,The Pursuit of Happiness, The Godfather Trilogy. There are many others as the list goes on.

Bollywood (Indian Cinema) ---
Rang De Basanti, Awara, Swades, Chak De India, 3 Idiots, Munnabhai Series.

Books:
Favourites - Dan Brown books, The Alchemist, Old English and Hindi Literature. - Mahabharat and Ramayana. Hamlet, The Merchant Of Venice.
