ABOUT ME…
I have more luck than sense, my name is Mércia, Mel, Mercinha or whatever you prefer, the less formal is better! I'm 27 and my parents raised me to be independent and for the world, and I'm taking this a lot more literally than they expected.
The people I have encountered during my journeys are the greatest treasure I have kept.
I do everything, but I don't do anything so well.
I am a junction of everything I've lived, the people who passed in my way and the places I've been. We are constantly evolving and defining ourselves is limiting ourselves.

I can say that I am detached, restless, curious and determined.

And I can easily be pushy, disorganized, stubborn, and disconnected.

Although I love to travel, I don't really like being a tourist, I like being a resident, understanding life and the local culture. My friends no longer ask me how I am, but “Where are you now?”

As I don't have a fixed residence for a long time, I learned that my home is where I am at the moment, currently my base is in Spain.

My greatest passion is the unknown. My biggest fear is becoming a mere observer of life. That's why I travel, I love meeting people, and I feel like I can't stop follow that little voice inside. It's the key to being happy...
