Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't want to be a tourist. I want to be part of the life in the place where I am staying and I also want to give my couchsurfers the same feeling. Of course, this is often impossible, but reachable with couchsurfing and this open community here. I don't like smalltalk, I like discussions and also to talk about personal things (but this of course only if both feeling comfortable with this) and often I learn a lot about the people and myself with this.
