I'm a filmmaker from Chile spending a week in NYC looking for a place to crash and hopefully someone who can point me in the direction of interesting places to visit and things to do.

I grew up in Miami and moved to Chile when I was 13. Been living there ever since.

I'm very laid back, easygoing and openminded.

I can't cook but I'm more than willing to do the dishes.

I'm really into music. I can play the drums and the guitar moderately well. My favorite instrument is the piano even though i can't really play it. I love going to see live shows.

I love animals, particularly dogs. i like cats but i'm mildly allergic to them so i tend to avoid them when possible.

I like sports in general. A good sports match is always fun to watch.

My favorite composers are Elliott Smith and Fiona Apple. My favorite rap album is Illmatic by Nas. Satie and Debussy for those long study nights. The last three live shows i went to were Angel Olsen, Sigur Rós and Seu Jorge.

My favorite directors are The Coen Bros, Paul Thomas Anderson, Darren Aronofsky, Martin McDonagh and Denis Villeneuve

I'm currently reading Inherent Vice by Thomas Pynchon and Basketball (and other things) by Shea Serrano
