Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Knowing Couchsuring from a book hits my life differently. I started meeting the first CSers in Saigon by barely speaking English. I started travelling alone and staying with my first host since 2018. And all the lovely memories, experiences kept me stay here even not all CSers are nice and passionate about traveling.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Firstly, I appreciate all the host letting me stay at their home, it is not easy to accept a stranger get in and out at your home 🤣 Therefore, I tend to organize the house as same as it is and follow the house rule (if any) I do not want to bother anyone during the stay.

Secondly, I love spending time with my host, of course that is the main point of hosting on CS. Having a coffee, driving around, cooking time, exchanging culture and languages is all the things I would like to share to my host.

Lastly, I would like to give something back, even a small gift, a Vietnamese dish or even a pack of coffee, I believe in giving back when I receive anything from anyone.

I would love to host all CSers, but there are a lot of people using the app with different purposes which is confusing me. So, I prefer hosting only female at my place. With male traveller, we are better to meet before sending me a staying request.
