Last summer I finished the german high school and now I travel with a friend through Central- and South America (Jan 18 - Jul 18)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I never heared of Couchsurfing until I met a backpacker in a hostal in Cancun (Mexico) who recommended it to me and my friend.
And now I want to find out if there is a difference between hostals and Couchsurfing and how it is to live with people who really live in the city that you visit.

Interests

After thinking a while about my interests I now come to the conclusion that my main interest is meeting my friends to make cool activities or just to talk.
Alongside I play Basketball two times a week for more than 10 years now.

And now during my 6 month trip through Central America I get more and more exited in photography and therefore I brought a DSLR with me to take photos from all the beautiful places we visit.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I mostly like Rock, Alternative Rock, German and American Rap/HipHop but I'm very open to new kinds of music.

Books: When I was younger I read a lot of crime novels or thrillers but since I got older I unluckily don't really have the time to read a lot of books.

Films: I normally don't watch a lot of films but when I do I watch thrillers, action films or comedy films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is a very hard catogory because I've been to so many cool places in the world.
But I think the greatest things I will do or see during my backpacking trip. At least I hope so ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

First I have to say that I'm travelling together with a friend so you only get us in a double pack.
I think that we both are very spontanious, uncomplicated und relaxed guys and we're always happy to meet new people.
