Hey everybody!

I am a "colourful bird" openminded person with heart. Life is full of momentes and choices and I like to take them and to enjoy every minute to feel alive.

I am most of the time a very active and communicative person and i love laughing :)) and try out crazy things sometimes.. Like sitting in the shopping venture and use it like a car.. My friend was the driver.. :) Great fun! I loved it!

But I also like to live the calm side of me.. Love to philosopy about things in life and lead deep conversations or listen to classical music.
I am convinced to be in Balance, I have both sides should be in my life.
I also need the nature, some hiking or just have a walk to enjoy the silent times in my life and to recharge energy!

I give Workshops as a Creative Trainer... Not painting courses. They are different.
It is painting from the inner soul....

Description of what "Authentic Drawing" is:
Connecting both: head (mind) and belly (feelings/wishes)
making the potential of one´s own visible and be an authentic Person.
About the expression with body and pictures this connection can turn out well.
They are mediator, getting attentive for the needs of the heart.
In the final conversation the mind can integrate the message consciously.

I absolutely love it... I love to see when people are in a "Flow" while painting
and the lightnig in their eyes when they are ful of joy or discover something new
and create it in their life afterwards.

I also love to create colourful furniture. You can have a look on my photos.

And of course... I like dancing since I was a little child.. Never been able to stand still.. Bad for my mother.. :)
I have never been a calm child.. HIHI .... My ass was full of "CHILI" my mother said...
I dance Salsa now until 10 years and I love it.. When I am cooking.. Always with music in the Background and singing ... So the meal tastes better... I think it is this way.. Because I cook with heart!!
