Overview
About Me
Hey I’m Kaspar,
when I was ten my Dad took me backpacking to Morocco arousing my eagerness to see the World. Now I am 25 and before I might finish my studies to become a History teacher I am going on my biggest adventure yet. One year ago I started cycling and it has already costs me a lot of money and nerves, but it also gave me my one of my favorite travel memories so far. This autumn I will fly to the US. to then cycle through Mexico and maybe further. Eventhough I have some solo traveling expertise under my belt I feel damn nervous about this trip.
What else?
I lived in Peru for one year working with children. I also stayed 5 months in Tenerife working as a German/History teacher.
I speak French and Italian and I am eager to learn Portuguese.
I don’t smoke and I only cook vegetarian, but I like and eat meat when I’m invited or when I am at my grandmas house.
I am always down for a Game of Chess.
I was studying for five months in Palermo, Sicily so if I stay at your place you can choose between nice Pasta or Risotto. :D
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To learn about the best places to eat and to share some meals. Each time I couch surfed in the past has been unique and I always learned a lot and gained some new perspective and that's what life is about I guess. And also lets be honest free accommodation is awesome when you travel on a budget.
