I am Caro, a nurse for children and the rest of my time I am babysitting. When I am not doing any jobs I meet with my friends, mostly drink wine with them or cook, or try to do sports or sleep. Even though sleep is overrated, I think. So I am always a busy bee and it’s easier to get an doctors appointment then to meet with me (quote from my friends). Especially because if I have more time of (up to 3 days) I am always travelling and in different countries to get to know other cultures.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to get to know new people and their culture and country through locals.

兴趣

I love to play tennis.
I also like to sew, and try my best to sew some clothes for me. I just started last November and normally just sew bags.
I am interested to go to the theatre or opera or go into museums (there are only 175 museums in Berlin).

I am easily satisfied with life - having dinner with the family without any fights, having fun at doing sports, eating delicious food and drinking some gin.

I always say that everyone is like a book. And you can open any page by asking different questions and the other person can tell you so many stories out of their own book with so much passion. The most interesting parts about people when you get to know them is what they experienced and what they want to experience/what they life goals are!

音乐、电影和书籍

I have never been into music so much. I listen to everything and love everything I hear.

But when I was younger, I loved to read. Because I am always so busy, I don’t manage to read as much as I want to but I try my best. The last book I read was ‘I am Malala’ which I can recommend to everyone. At the moment I am reading something about female sexuality, interesting as well.

I need to confess- I don’t own a TV. So I can only watch Netflix. I love to watch animal documentaries for relaxing and since I am eleven I am watching Greys Anatomy and still do that!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have never been couchsurfing but I have been backpacking through Cuba with a friend and slept at locals places. It was amazing for getting to know Cuba. And I live in a multicultural flat sharing, which is the BEST! One is from London, so I need to speak English and can improve my English, another one is from Belgium so we always have good beer and chocolate in the house and the third one is half Arabic and cooks amazing food!
