I'm studying medicine because my wish is to invest in humanitarian aid. I love people, I want to understand them and to help as I can, treating people more than treating diseases.

I've been learning the piano for ten years, and I'm keen on reading, theater and poetry. I'm also a big fan of circus arts, it was my sport when I had time, and I'm determined to take it up again next year. I'm practicing rock climbing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My dream would be, once I've finished my medicine studies, to travel all around the world for at least two years, because I want to learn more about ways of thinking, religions, geopolitical and environmental issues.
I would like to remodel my vision of the world and countries, especially about the Middle-East and Asia, by experiencing it. My wish is to build my own viewpoint about our planet, and not being influenced by my "occidental education", but also by medias which often show the actions of small groups of people, leading to fear and prejudices.

This is why I'm on couchsurfing. I'm convinced that this is an excellent way to lower barriers, promote intercultural talks, and to discover a country and its inhabitants through the eyes of locals. Little by little, build a peaceful world.
