Hi there, my name is Edel and I am from Ireland. I am a yoga teacher and therapist currently travelling Central America. I am living my dream at the moment, travelling solo without a strict plan. I live travelling as it provides me with the opportunity to experience other cultures, different landscapes and meet incredible people all over the world. I am using couch surfing as a way to meet local people from the places I travel to understand their countries history, culture and way of life in a deeper way. I love the outdoors, hiking, climbing and surfing. I love nature and using nature as a way to connect deeply to myself and the world around me.
I am fluent in English and have an intermediate level of Spanish that allows me to communicate around Central America.

I want to meet local people from the places I travel to better understand the culture, history and way of life. I like to be absorbed in the culture as oppose to passing through quickly. I would like to share stories and memories with new people.
