Hey my name is Silke and I´m from Hanover, Germany. I´m a 22-year-old student spending my time at my desk looking for new travel destinations especially if I should start studying :D
Last year I started traveling on my own and made new friends in different countries..
I´m completly new to couchsurfing but I love to meet new people, sit together and exchange some experiences, favorite recipes and more... So I could imagine that it's a great way of travelling and learning more about other cultures and people, which should always be part of my travels.
I like to spend my free time in the nature, photographing or wandering. I started climbing a bit - I'm definitely not experienced yet but I like it a lot and I will keep practicing!
Also I love spending time with my friends playing games, watching movies, go out drinking or/and dancing... or just some deep talks with a glass of wine :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in the Reinefjord (Lofoten, Norway) with 12 wild Orcas keeping me company all the way.. With such a clear water I was even able to see them under the waterline. I will never forget these beautiful animals in this stunning landscape :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some traditional german cooking and ofcourse some words in my language :) Maybe I can teach more but we will figure it out..
