Hello! I'm Julija, 20 years old originally from Lithuania. Over a year ago I took a gap year and decided to move to live in Nice, France. Worked some shitty jobs but met some amazing people, so I can't seem to get out of this city for good :)

I'm quite an easy going person. I enjoy hearing other people's opinions and perspectives whether it comes to everyday life or some profound ideas about the universe.

My interests vary from science (my undying love for physics) to art, culture, hiking, kayaking. As well as travelling, seeing places, meeting people and growing as a person from all of the different experiences.

I love learning languages and my goal in life is to never stop learning. Currently working on my french and italian :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to spend my gap year meeting new people from different parts of the world and getting out of my comfort zone.
Also, I have met a few couchsurfers and they showed me that travelling this way makes good memories and stories. :)
