Hey all. I am a 21 years old guy just wrapping up my accounting degree here in Ontario, Canada and was looking to step foot out of my comfort zone by travelling South East Asia by myself. My previous travel history extends to Dubai to visit my sister and Europe (Italy, Czech Republic, Austria) a couple of times when I was younger to play both soccer and hockey. I was always accompanied by someone in my travels which why I believe travelling alone will be extremely eye opening. I have always been fascinated by SEA countries; from the vegetation to the night life to the food - it seems like an experience I must have under my belt.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been an airbnb host for the past two years before I was made aware of couch surfing. My roommate came home from an exchange in Sweden and talked about the amazing experiences and bonds he's formed with people through this platform and I thought I needed to give it a shot..so here I am.

To add, I am a people person and love hearing abstract stories of travel trips. A big fan of the podcast "Yeah, Let's Go There" which has driven me to push forward with my travels.
