I'm a Special Needs teacher from Brazil taking a gap year to travel the world and I would love to meet people in the places I go.

I feel so lucky to be part of a community like here in CS! As part of my round-the-world trip, I'm here to connect with people from all different backgrounds and cultures, to learn from them and share experiences, and there's no better place than on this platform. For me, traveling isn’t just about places, but even more about the people I meet along the way!

Some of the things I enjoy doing there most are reading (the romance novel & poetry kind), hiking (or pretty much anything outdoors), dancing, exercising and singing (not that I do it well 😂).

I can't choose just one favorite song, but my favorite genres are R and b and Afrobeats. I know I'm going to sound very basic, but I genuinely love the Harry Potter movies 😂 And I also can't choose just one favorite book, but I love "Mists of the Serengeti" and "Man's Search for Meaning". I love reading, so I'll try anything, but I have to say romance novels are a favorite mine.
