About Me

I am an active, fun and exciting person who is always up for fun and adventure! I'm very neat and tidy, trustworthy and easy to get along with. I have been described as enjoyable and easy to live with from past housemates. I am respectful of people, their belongings and homes so if you are someone who is kind enough to let me stay at yours, you can rest assured that I am an easy person to adapt to.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for a place to stay in Galway for a couple of days in July while I'm working as an intern at the International Arts Festival. Since I am a student and recently quit my job so as I could work at this festival, I am looking to stay somewhere that is not as pricey as a hostel, hotel or B and B. As well as that I would really love to meet people along the way and experience as much as I possibly can while staying in my favorite city in the country!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a multi-instrumentalist, I play bass guitar, acoustic guitar and drums (my favorite being the cajon drum). I listen to a lot of different music but jazz, grunge and alternative indie music are my favorites.
I like movies, especially true stories, cult and classics. You cant go wrong with the odd feel good chick flick either though!
I love reading art books, autobiographies by musicians and artists I admire and also classics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Elderly people really tug on my heart strings so I am always giving them a helping hand if I see someone struggling with something. Last week I saw an old man fall on the street, so I helped him up and brought him for tea and a scone as he seemed a little shaken. We talked for the guts of an hour and he left with more of a pep in his step than he had before. Doing things like this makes me feel good!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am known in my friend group for knowing a lot of random tricks and facts so you are bound to learn something strange and interesting if you are around me.
I can also teach you how to play instruments and any art techniques you would be interested in.
I am good at baking so would be willing to share some cake I bake!
I am genuinely great craic and can offer you a constant source of fun. I love dancing and partying!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share anything mentioned above, I am an open book and am up for anything!
