I grew up in Italy and since 30 years I live in Germany.
I live with my pleasant family and together with my husband. I have two children who are now grown-up or almost and who like to travel the world. I am a passionate musician and researcher of alternative lifestyle.
I do a lot of sports, I use the bicycle instead of the car for the rides in my city and for bigger trips and I don't want to have a car. I travel sometimes with a tent and only and as an individual tourist. I like doing experience in direct contact with nature. My nutrition is wholesome, vegan and organic and I like to cook in this way. Only rarely I do make exceptions.
I'm interested in political issues, in the environment and searching and discussing for alternatives to the hostile system in which we live . With my consciously restrained consumer behavior, I like to counteract our consumer society. I don't like stress and competition at all.

I can reasonably communicate in Spanish and understand others. Unfortunately I can only understand English poorly and I have big difficulties to speak this language. If you want to communicate with me about the essentials in English you have to talk very slowly and easily.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am interested to Couchsurfing because I want to offer open and adaptable visitors from all over the world and from different cultures an opportunity to discover Hamburg in an affordable way without falling into the hands of the expencive tourism industry. I am interested to know what life is like in other countries or cultures.

And I'm also interested in couchsurfing because I want to use this possibility myself during my next travels.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few days ago, in august 2019 my son, who recently became a member of Couchsurfing, hosted guests in our apartment for the first time. I found the experience with the young guests very pleasant and uncomplicated.

This animated me finally to complete my profile which I started a while ago in order to take the first guests on my name, before I look for an accommodation opportunity with a Couchsurfer myself on my next trip.

Teach, Learn, Share

With Couchsurfing I get to know new people, cultures, and ways of thinking. I share my apartment with guests and give them the possibility to get to know the city in which I live, in an uncomplicated and carefree way.
If I have time and a linguistic understanding is given, sitting together and sharing with the guests is an interesting thing.
