About Me

As a recent college graduate, so far I have only gone on road trips around the U.S., but I am looking to expand my horizons, literally. I work as a nursing assistant, helping others and listening to stories they tell. I really enjoy hearing the backgrounds of other people and the experiences they have had.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Now I am on my own and am ecstatic to discover what the world has to show me. My sister and I have decided to dedicate our summer to exploring as much of Europe as we can handle! We have most of our days booked with tourist attractions and other things to do, and would love to meet hosts in different cities as we make our way around the continent!

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes are quite diverse and in general I will always have an ear open for the next tune to pique my interests. I am currently in a rock and alternative music phase of my life, but I listen to just about anything. I especially adore artists that others are super passionate about. Getting to connect with others regarding their passions helps me to broaden my views and fully immerse myself in this wide world.
I like to use movies as an escape from my normal life usually, so I am not huge on reality TV or movies, I like action, suspense, or comedy. The same goes for the books I like to read. One of my absolute favorite things to do is pick a new book from a friend or the library and just sit in the sunshine while reading away.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have learned to make the most out of every situation, so when the first warm day of the year came around, I grabbed my kayak and got it stuck in the middle of a creek. I then sat down and basked in the beautiful day, overjoyed to just revel in the sun and let the creek take my worries away.

Teach, Learn, Share

I taught myself how to write in cool fonts, and I do lots of arts and crafts, so if you have any projects to be done around the house I would enjoy helping out! Over the course of the summer, I aim to learn about different countries history/art and also modern additions, so if you could advise me on different attractions to visit in your city or tell me stories about them/ your way of life, that would be amazing!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My travel experiences/blooper reel, as I foresee quite a few fun mistakes will be made and unable to be lived down!
Companionship during meals and nights out if you wish.
