I'm a Communications Manager with a background in Computer Graphics Engineering, currently pursuing a Master's in Architectural Visualization. Having studied in Norway and Spain and volunteered across Europe, I enjoy discovering new places, experiencing different cultures, and seeing how design shapes the world around us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Although I’ve had this account since 2018, I have yet to fully experience the world through Couchsurfing. Over the past year, meeting Couchsurfers at hangouts and hearing stories from friends who've used the platform inspired me to dive into the opportunities it offers - to connect with people and enrich my own adventures!

I believe that truly getting to know a place means immersing yourself in its culture and way of life. There’s something exciting about stepping beyond the usual tourist spots, discovering local traditions, and experiencing a destination as the locals do. For me, those unexpected moments and genuine connections are what make every journey unforgettable!

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally, a combination of mystery, wit and a certain aesthetic element is what I enjoy most - both when it comes to books and visual media.

I tend to watch TV shows more than movies, since I like to follow along as the plot evolves and the characters develop. Some of the shows I enjoyed most are Lost, Normal People and the Office. Although it's still new, there's no show that's kept me as on my toes as Severance, I'm sure it will stay at the top of my list of a while.

My favorite book of all time is The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I'm not reading as often as I used to, but The Three Body Problem would have to be my recently read favorite.
