Hi! I am Héloïse, 27, and I've been living in Brussels for almost 2 years! Before that, I lived in Córdoba, Spain, for 2 years and in the Netherlands. I love learning about anything new and this I why my free time is always packed with activities! I love meeting people and leaning from them. Interests

My main hobby at the moment is Lindy hop dancing. I think it's the happiest dance I've come to know and I if you know any other dance that brings so many smiles, I'd love you to tell me about them! 💃🏼💃🏼📻

Besides that, I also love learning languages, which is part of my job as a teacher, also I'm most passionate about linguistics. I love learning about the ways sociology and psychology interact and express through languages. 💭🗯️💬🧠

Very dear to me are social and environmental justice, so I love reading, talking and debating about that, and being an activist is a big part of my time as well. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

But above all, I love the feeling of community and sharing simple moments like cooking together, eating, going to concerts of watching movies with my friends, housemates and family members is what makes me happiest! 🫂

While travelling, I love spending time in the nature, in cities parks or hiking in the mountains. I love going out and dancing, but also learning about a town and country's history. Food has a very central place in my travels (I can't believe it only properly comes up now in my bio!): I pick up recipes from everywhere I go and make them at home to share pieces of the places I've discovered with my loved ones, but it's also a way to get to know a local culture better and share moments with strangers, get to know people and customs... And finally, I love traveling by train and do it as much as I can, it's a great way to meet people AND it's environment friendly. 👩🏼‍🍳🏞️🍲🧆🍻🚂🪘🪗
