About Me
Hi! We are Francis (29) and Allan (27) from Montreal :)
I (Francis) work as a private French and English tutor in Montreal. I am a self-taught polyglot and I currently know 6 languages. (French, English, Italian, German, Dutch, and Spanish). I am a kind, patient, honest and trust-worthy person. I am also a very good listener :) I love animals, nature, video-games, food, planes, science, and learning about different cultures.
Allan graduated last year as a software engineer. His dream is to become a video-game developer. He speaks French, English, and Tagalog. He was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada when he was 2 years old. He's a very caring, friendly, and respectful person. He can be a little shy at first but when he gets more comfortable with you he becomes more talkative and fun :) He loves dancing, reading, K-POP, video-games, food...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We want to be able to experience the greatest aspect of travelling, which is meeting new people from other countries :) We had our first couch-surfing experience in 2018 during our trip to the Netherlands. It was so fun! We are going back to the Netherlands this year in June and we would love to couch-surf again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was an Aupair in Germany for 3 months when I was 17. An aupair is when you live abroad in a host-family and you take care of the children. I had pretty bad social anxiety back then, so going to live with strangers on an another continent definitely made me step out of my comfort zone. It was a huge challenge but it was such an awesome experience!
Teach, Learn, Share
Life philosophy: Don't take life too seriously! Laugh, make jokes, be humble, don't take anything for granted, surround yourself with people who allow you to be yourself.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We'd be glad to tell you about our culture and I can teach you some sentences in the languages I know :) We could help you cook and run some errands for you if you'd like. We'd also love to invite you to a nice local restaurant of your choice.
