I am student at the University of Amsterdam, really into playing tennis doing all kinds of other sports (squash, cycling, surfuing, skiing etc).

Only recently (last few years) discovered how much fun travelling is. I really like "adventures". For example, I went on a 1000 km cycling trip through France in summer 2017 all alone. In fall 2017 I visitied Fuerteventura and went on a biking trip across the coast. Halfway, I met these really nice locals that offered me Canarian Rhum and spent hours talking to them (see profile picture).

I'll be visiting the US and am looking for a place to stay 1 night. Was surprised by how expensive the hotels are and am looking for a cheaper alternative. In addition, I have 1 day "free" and would like to meet somebody local that wants to show me around town a little bit.

In winter 2017/2018 I left Europe for the first time, visited Canada and did some really nice skiing and hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
