About Me

Hey! I'm Gabriela Vélez, a traveller and adventure lover.
I love to meet other people and listen to their stories, everyone always has amazing stories to tell.

📍Wales

I really enjoy spending time with other travellers. So, don't hesitate to text me just to hang out!

I'm into hiking at the very moment, thinking to get into climbing and SUP. Former triathle, I went back to running this year, thinking to be back to triathlon.
Football is a massive passion for me and swimming has a special place in my heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel around the world, to meet people from everywhere, but overall, I want to have many stories to tell others later on in life.

Couchsurfing is a great platform to meet people with either different or similar interests; it also allows culture exchange in a way and that's wonderful.

Interests

I really love the football, I love talking to others, to know more about their culture and habits, And I feel a special attraction for secrets, I find something so personal, that when someone tells me one, I consider myself lucky.

I want to know about the others. It will be always a pleasure.
It's for me so interesting spend time with new people because everyone is different and it's important give to myself the opportunity to see new points of view.

Music, Movies, and Books

Harry Potter, Comedy, and Drama films.
I love "The perks of being a Wallflower", "Love, Rosie" and "The best of me"
No much of a reader, to be honest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I walked 14 kms with some friends in a important via of my country while there was traffic.
I do volunteering as much as possible
I did the speech at my graduation ceremony in high school

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn anything. Someone used to tell me that everything that I could learn in life will always be helpful later on. I can teach Spanish, about football, some outdoor activies, about Colombia and other things. I can't no teach about cooking, tho :(

What I Can Share with Hosts

Main thing: Time to listen to other people's life/situations and my advice about it, if it is wanted.
Also, normal help with house chores.

Countries I’ve Visited

Ecuador, England, France, Mexico, Spain, Wales
