Hi guys! My name is Tai Anh (:
I'm from Vietnam and right now I am currently living in France. I thought that I would come back to Vietnam on September but I found a 4 months job, so I stay a bit longer here.

I have already finished my studies (in a domain that almost nobody knows ... hehe). I'm kind of calm and patient, but don't mistake that for shyness (: .I don't talk too much but I think I'm a good listener instead.
Personnally, I consider myself quite open-minded. I just have a little problem ... I have a short-term memory like Dory (: , so I'm rarely overloaded, but actually it helps me a lot to accept new things. That's why I consider myself open-minded !!! You'll see when we meet up.

Until now, I have not traveled much yet. I've been in the UK, Germany and Czech Republic.
I really want to discover new places and to strengthen my connection with people around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My Mexican friend showed me Couchsurfing and we found nice couches. I was so impressed by our hosts, they recieved us with a warm welcome, they were kind and really attentive with us.

So, I decided to take part in the Couchsurfing community to give myself oppotunity to get acquainted, to meet up and to make friends around the world.

Then, I'd love to welcome you to my place (in Paris or in Vietnam).

I'm so excited to discover the world with you , to expand my mind with your helps.

Actually, I'm re-reading Harry Potter for the 3rd time.
Some of my favorite movies and series are: Disney animation (Coco, Moana, Finding Nemo, Mulan, Pocahontas... I'm not fan of Disney princesses), Ghibli studio (Spirited Away, Mononoke, Ponyo... ), The Helps, Black Swan, Harry Potter series, Stranger things, This is Us, Game of Thrones,... and many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Camino de Santiago, walking for about 35 days and 3 days of relaxing.
I chose the French way and started from Saint Jean Pied de Port.
I just came by myself, without worriness. And I did it right.
I had chance to see a lot of things, enjoy every moment and be crazy :).
And the most amazing is that I met all the nice people there, had chance to know, to talk and to love them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to help if you're interested in learning Vietnamese speaking (but I don't know anything about Vietnamese grammar (: , pity... ). Also I want to practice English with you guys.

I love cooking and baking (especially the "not complicated" recipes). I can show you some Vietnamese dishes, as well as some cakes that I made, and I know how to make Guacamole (: (90% Mexican recipe, 7% Vietnamese enthusiasm, it just that here in France I miss 3% of authentic Mexican spices)

I also want to share my experiences in meditation (I do swimming meditate, even though I don't know if it exists or not ...)

And ... I also have some knowledges in coding R and VBA :)

Like I said right up there, I'd love to help with Vietnamese language, Vietnamese food.
