Hi there,

We are Martijn and Mariëlle from the Netherlands. In May 2018 we started cycling from our hometown Groningen (the Netherlands) to Tianjin (China). Last May we reached Tianjin and now we are on our way back home.

We are pedalling to see the world and raise attention and funds for children living in poverty (see the Dutch website: http://www.fietsenvoorkinderfietsen.nl (link is external)(link is external)).

Before we left Mariëlle finished law studies. Martijn studied history and philosophy and worked one year at the local government. We like cycling, playing and listening music, being outdoors, gardening, reading and traveling. During our journey we hope to meet a lot of different people. Maybe you :-)!?
