I live in Prague where I work as a teacher at junior high and high school level. I studied English and French at Charles University of Prague and music at Prague Conservatory. I spent 2 semesters on Erasmus in Avignon, France and 10 months as a volunteer with a charity organisation in Liverpool, UK .
I love hiking in the mountains, singing by the campfire, hanging out with friends, reading, dancing and teaching (well, most of the time).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling is about meeting people as much as visiting places, and Couchsurfing is a great way to do that. My travels so far have been shaped by the people I met on my way, and I'm grateful for that. I enjoy conversations that challenge my ideas about countries and nations, love to explore little hidden places only locals know about, and prefer authenticity of experience to comfort.
Although I'm not in a position to host at my own place at present, I hope to be able to do that one day.
