Hey we’re Emily and Joel and here’s a bit about us.

I’m Emily, I’m 28 and I’m a primary school teacher. I love being outdoors in nature, hiking, spending time with family and friends and travelling. I love learning about new places and cultures and I’m a very open person.

I’m Joel, I’m 29 and I’m a mental health social worker. I enjoy long distance running, cycling and being outdoors. I’m a big Harry Potter fan and enjoy Marvel movies.

We have both travelled quite a lot both individually and together. We are currently on a big ten month trip around the world and are loving it.

We love meeting new people and building community. We love to cook and drink wine and coffee, go camping and exploring the world together.

We love meeting fellow travellers and staying with locals to get a good experience of the local community and what it’s like to live like a local.

We enjoy meeting new people and would love to meet and stay with local families and be immersed in the culture around us.
