About Me

This is possibly the hardest part! A wrong answer and we won't get the job !
In a short statement: my name is Ricardo, and I am from Portugal, currently living and working in a small city, somewhere between Porto and Lisbon :D
I studied Genetics and was abroad in Munich for a year. It both made me grow up as a person and increased my interest in getting to know new cultures, people, and how each individual reacts to that different environments and backgrounds.
I believe I can say I am an easy going, open minded and friendly person, always up to some outside plan, or indoor friends' meetings! I am always eager to a little conversation, so you can message me just for the sake of trying this "about me" section! :D :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Would you believe if I told you it was my friend's advice?
As mentioned in the question above (if you've had the guts to read all of it !!), I am interested in meeting new people and to absorve all they have to offer - different foods, languages, ways of thinking, of living. I think this interactability let people grow in way too many ways, sometimes even without getting out of their countries, and it fascinates me!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: it will change with time, and with my current mood... It can go from classical to rock very fast. A safe play: Imagine Dragons
Movies: Harry Potter; Intersteller
Books: HP, and everything in the fantasy genre; science books, Edgar Allan Poe

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Forgot to leave the subway in its last station, going underground until the driver saw something was wrong!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you a little portuguese if you'd like to, and I would learn everything you could offer - language, typic dishes from your countries (I could try to teach you that as well!), and share a lot of friendship!

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good conversation, and any sharable knowledge will probably flow from that (maybe a beer would help?)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Portugal
