My name is Katka and I graduated at University of West Bohemia in Pilsen this year, so I am a part of hard working people now :) I love traveling but until this time I was trying just hostels, guesthouses or Airbnb, so Couchsurfing is a different level for me. I want to explore other places, learn something about foreign culture a local cuisine and I would love to meet new people. You need to know that I am introvert a little bit, but I am learning step by step to shake it off :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that Couchsurfing is something different and it could help me to get closer to foreign culture, people and adventure. This is also an opportunity to meet new people, their cuisine and special places which a regular tourist can´t find easily. I want to explore all beauties of particular country I am traveling to.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like several kinds of music - when I was young, I loved Linkin Park, Nickelback and 30 Seconds to Mars, now I am still listening Linkin Park and also Ed Sheeran, Imagine Dragons or Muse. I love historic novels, specially Midwife stories from Sabine Ebert, mystery books from Barbara Erskine or fictional stories like Harry Potter. I watch movies like Avengers series, Lord of the Rings and I also like animated movies, for example Hotel Transylvania, Coco or How to Train Your Dragon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am hitchhiking to Slovenia , which is the craziest thing I had ever done :)
