Overview
About Me
Hello,
I'm a very easy going guy traveling the world and learning everything I can along the way. I'm happy to sleep on your floor ( I have my own bed) and cook for you.
I love to meet new people and explore cultures. I believe these connections with strangers are important and should be nourished.
I lived in Canada for 6 years and left in 2016 when my visa ran out. I did a working holiday in New Zealand for one year with my girlfriend. We applied for Permanent Residence in Canada at that time and got it. Now we're traveling again! You can see her profile here:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went hiking for 4 days in a cyclone, got rained on the whole time but saw a rainbow in the moonlight, it's the most beautiful and subtle thing you can imagine.
Hitch hiked around New Zealand with my girlfriend.
Got mistaken for Jesus in India.
Slept on the floor of a train station in Kolkata, India.
Hitch hiked around Taiwan for 3 months while learning Mandarin.
Studied Thai massage and meditation in Thailand for one month.
Volunteered at a Shrine to Jimi Hendrix in Vancouver, Canada
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: We can exchange languages, I know some tips to make learning easier. I'm also certified in Thai massage so I can give or show you how to give a massage. I can teach you how to make fermented foods like Kim chi and ginger beer. I can guide you through the process of immigrating to Canada. I can teach you to live and travel cheaply.
If you're new to Vancouver, I wrote a survival guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Grx7GCpENAoP7B3pakmh5sQsupqDxBBR9T953I_j9-k/edit?usp=sharing
Learn: Share with me everything you can about your life! Teach me how to cook your food. I also love learning languages, so please teach me some funny phrases to make strangers laugh.
Share: I can cook Mexican food for you because I grew up in the USA. I can share stories, travel advice, I won't waste your time.
