My name is Anna, I'm 43 and I am a mother of two wonderful children, Julia, 19 years old, who is studing at the University in Moscow at the moment, and Matthew, 14 years old, who is intersted in photo and video shooting and editing, he plays piano as well.
I live in the Republic of Bashkortostan, in the city of Ishimbay. It is a beautiful place with spectacular and breathtaling views. It's the region of the Urals, where Europe meets Asia. The Republic of Bashkortostan is in the Southern Urals. There are a lot of montains, rivers and lakes in Bashkorostan, I like to go hiking and exploring the beauty of nature in the place where I live.
I love travellig and I never sit still.
I work flexitime in the field of accounting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It all started in 2012 when my pen-friend Giuseppe from faraway Italy visited my home.
Real-life communication with new people is crucial for me. That's why I am here. My goal is to find friends all over the world. I like the idea of exploring different cultures through communication with locals and taking part in theit everyday life.

I am a melomaniac. I enjoy listening music of all times.
Among my favorite movies are the following: "Brave new world", "The Founder", "The Terminator".
When I was a child, I used to read history books. Now I like classical literature, because I belive that everyone should read the books of Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Chekhov, Turgenev.
I've read books of Aldous Huxley, George Orwell, Gabriel García Márquez.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
