About Me

We say "do tańca i do różańca" in Polish 'good for both dancing and praying'. That’s kind of my default vibe, though I stay away from churches. Not that I’d burst into flames... probably.

Good company’s one of my favorite parts of traveling, and CS has made it even better. Now that I work from home, if I’ve got time and miss having people around, I offer a temporary safe space for fellow travelers.

I’m social by nature, here for connection. If you're curious, active, and cool with a bit of quiet chaos, we’ll get along.

🦕 Happy to show you parks, museums, events
🦖 If I don’t reply, I’m just conserving energy or have too much going on, nothing personal, feel welcome in my city and country. 🤗

tl;dr: dynamic, friendly wanderer

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing’s is not just about free sleep, also new friends, cultural exchange; all the humanity’s c00l stuff.

I’ve met great hosts through CS and I’m trying to return the kindness back to the world. With time, space, and someone to listen (or talk nonsense with).

I’m into languages and how they shape thought. CS’s a good excuse to chat and pick up unique words.

I'm also here to occasionally revisit the totally unbiased opinions of my wonderful guests during rougher days. 😁

tl;dr: not just a couch, it’s a portal

Interests

I’m easily excited by books or deep dives on any topic.
I’ve tried all sorts of hobbies. Bad at most, but always up for something new and odds are we’ll click on something.

(Current rabbit holes: drawing, running, dreams, whales, AI.)

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock/metal/oldies. Soft spot for Ween, Zappa, Black Sabbath, but I’ll awkwardly dance to any energetic beats at a rave.
Books: science, nature, psych, society.

I’d love to hear what music, books, movies, or art move you – anything that hits your gut, makes you feel or think, I'm into that.

tl;dr: Bibliophile and audiophile, less of a cinephile.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just being alive is wild enough.

Teach, Learn, Share

Can give you Polish language and culture 101: cursewords, lovewords, 'no' means 'yes', proud of pierogi, soup is survival.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Animal fun facts, goofy walks and talks.
Can help around the house, and while I'm not good at cooking (yet), I’m happy to assist or learn.

Countries I’ve Visited

China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, Poland, Portugal
