I come from a multi-cultural background; my mother being Spanish and my father being French-Vietnamese, I have always been curious to understand and learn about new cultures, always open-minded and respectful towards anything new. Having lived in the US and Singapore at a young age; I tend to adapt myself easily in different environments. I am passionate of dogs (&all animals), audiovisual arts (photography, cinema), physical activities, music (dancing, singing), being ecological. I am a very calm person, easy-going but of course I do enjoy adventures. To finish, if I had to choose a type of food to eat forever it would definitely be Vietnamese food.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I first heard of Couchsurfing I found that it was an amazing idea to bring travelers and locals together, it gives importance to acknowledging the culture of foreign countries by cohabiting with their people. It is also much cheaper and exciting than going to a hotel or a rented flat.

音乐、电影和书籍

As most people, I listen to various types of music depending on my mood and on the situation. For example, R&B, soul, flamenco, ghibli studio soundtracks (film soundtracks in general), rock, hip hop, rap, indie, reggae, pop, hits from 50's, 70's, 90's, 2010, 2018... the list goes on but these days I've been mostly into Gospel, it's empowering.

This also applies to movies, I enjoy visualizing a broad spectrum of genres although the ones that attract me the most are psychological thrillers, controversial films, Japanese anime, french classics, based-on-true-stories films, the 90's cinema, Almodovar (<3)...

However, literature is a different matter, I would love to read a lot more than I do, but it is still something I am working on. One of my goals is to read the great classics from around the world and read various philosophical books.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I'm not sure what I judge as "amazing" but I can say one thing which I am proud of; in 2016 I took care of a dog that was neglected by his owners and I would take him out for walks, we had a very strong bond. I felt like I made a difference in his life.
