I'm 22-year-old student. I have studied music for 6 years, but now I am studying languages. I study Czech and English (both the language and the literature). My home university is in Ostrava, but I am now on the ERASMUS programe in Glasgow.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing, because I desire for new experience. I love getting to know new cultures and their habits. I'm very sociable and I like to share my stories with other people. I'm also very intrested in the listening stories and in the ideas of the others. I think that Couchsurfing is one of the good ways to simply share a bit of your life with other people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am very keen on folk and classical music, jazz, soul, but on the other hand I don't mind pop music and new genres. I really love to sing and play the piano and the flute.

I prefere psychological films. I also watch comedies a lot. My favourite films are The Arrival, The Lord of the Rings, Inception, How to train your Dragon, James Bond, Jason Bourne, Wild Stories, and many others.

I like fantasy books and poetry, such as Lord of the rings, Discovery of witches, John Donne's poetry, K. H. Mácha's May, Shakespeare, R. Burns.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was very cold and I had a swim in Highlands in 1°C water.
I made laugh the whole room for five minutes.

I can teach you Czech or little bit of Russian. I can share with you songs from my country from Czech republic.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and bake, so I can share some family recipes or Czech recipes with you.
I can teach you songs from my country, basics of music, playing flute or piano (if you have them), and composing.
