About Me
‼️I don’t live in Vienna anymore. Please no hosting requests.
Hello 🌼
It has always been my dream to buy a one way ticket to a country far away from home and travel without any plans and time limit🤩 Finally I started my trip in South Korea in November 2023 and ended in Afghanistan in January 2025.
Now, I’m excited to welcome travelers from around the world into my home near Vienna, hoping to share the same warmth and kindness I experienced on the road 😇
⚠️ Don’t forget to read “my home” section before sending me a request!

About Vienna:
🎟️ Download “Wien Mobil” app to check the schedule of bus/metro/train during your trip to Vienna and also buy tickets online easily.
A single ticket costs 2,40€ and allows unlimited transfers in the same direction for up to 80 minutes.
Other options:
24/48/72 hours ticket for 8,00€/14,10€/17,10€
🚃 If you’re a budget traveler, avoid the City Airport Train (CAT) which costs 14,90€ for a one-way trip between the airport and city center. It’s marketed as the easiest option for foreigners but unnecessarily expensive. Instead, take the local trains REX7 or S7, which cost just 4,50€ for the exact same route. Use the “ÖBB Scotty” app to check train schedules, and “ÖBB Tickets” to buy train tickets online. You can also easily buy tickets at the station by card or cash. Just find the red “ÖBB” counters instead of the green “CAT” ones.
⏳Viennapass: a tourist ticket which includes free admission to many museums in Vienna; unlimited use of “hop on hop off busses” for sightseeing, free guidebook for exploring the city and interesting facts about Vienna, fast-track entry to several top sights. More details: https://www.viennapass.com/
⏳Vienna City Card: public transportation ticket with many discounts on certain museums, art galleries, restaurants, cafes, guided city tours, theatre, concerts, sport activities (e.g. indoor climbing), games (e.g. escape room), boat tour on Danube, hop on hop off busses tours etc. More details: https://www.viennacitycard.at
🚲 Vienna is one of the best cities to get around by bicycle. Download “Citybike Vienna” to find rental stations. You pay only 0,60€ per 30 minutes.
🚕 If you prefer taxi, “Bolt” and “Uber” work well in Vienna.
💧Tap water is drinkable and delicious in Austria. Whether it’s from a kitchen sink or a public bathroom, you can safely refill your water bottle anywhere.
🛒 The grocery stores usually close at 8 pm during week days and at 6 pm on Saturday. On Sunday, all the shops are closed. Plan your shopping accordingly. In emergency cases you can go to the shops in petrol stations or in big train stations.
🎭 On the first Sunday of each month, many museums in Vienna offer free entry!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
🦋 Hosting travellers in my home is like travelling without really going anywhere. I like hosting and assisting travellers because I know l how overwhelming it could be to manage everything on your own in a new country.
💫 It’s exciting to witness different type of lifestyles. Besides the different cultural backgrounds everyone has their own way of living shaped by expectations, values, dreams, fears, experiences, disappointments, goals, purpose of life etc.
🪬 I love culture shocks! The more different the country I’m traveling in is from the country I live in, the more I enjoy it. That’s the key to expanding your horizons and evolving your worldview.
☀️ I’m not here to meet like-minded people. The more differences we have the more interesting get the conversations. The only common thing we should have is definitely respect and the ability to welcome everyone with an open heart.
🪴 I like to learn about local life in small towns/villages and compare the way of life in cities and rural areas. The best way to learn the culture of a new country is definitely spending time in countryside.
🌸 I love meeting inspiring, brave, adventurous, solo female travellers. I love to listen to their unique stories. So if you feel addressed just hit me up 🫶🏼
