About Me
Hi! I'm Sid Ahmed, a 27-year-old electronic engineer currently living and working in Malta. I'm a curious soul who enjoys meaningful conversations, cultural exchange, and discovering the little details that make each city and person unique.
I'm respectful, open-minded, and adaptable. Whether it's sharing a meal, learning about a new tradition, or walking around a neighborhood with a local, I believe the best way to understand a place is through its people.
When I'm not working on tech projects, I enjoy exploring cities on foot, having good food, and reflecting quietly with a book or some music. I'm clean, punctual, and always happy to help out around the house or cook something simple.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I truly enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds, sharing stories, and seeing the world through others’ perspectives. Couchsurfing is a great way to break out of tourist mode and connect with real local life.
Whether it’s a deep chat over coffee or a spontaneous walk through your favorite part of town, I’m always up for making connections and learning something new.
Interests
Music: I enjoy a mix of chill Arabic classics, French rap, English, and world music. I’m always open to recommendations!
Movies/Series: I enjoy films that make you think — documentaries, sci-fi, and psychological thrillers. Big fan of Inception, Mr. Robot, and Dark.
Books: Mostly non-fiction — tech, history, or personal growth. But I’m also into fiction that explores identity or culture.
