I am an outgoing and open minded girl originally from Finland who is always ready to have a laugh. I really enjoy meeting new people and having a good chat with them whether it is about what is the best type of chocolate or something bit deeper. Currently I am a student in University of Aberdeen studying Law and I also play for the women's rugby team. During winters I snowboard and I also really love art, so I try to go to galleries and events as much as I can as well as doing some art myself. I believe that the best moments in life can't necessarily be planned ahead (even though I try my best) so I am always open for new experiences and ideas - grabbing a beer or two, trying a new sport, wandering around the city or whatever comes to your mind I'm always keen! Some of the best memories that I have are from saying yes to something that seemed interesting, impossible or a little crazy at the time.

I am new to Couchsurfing, but I really wanted to join because it seems a one of a kind way to meet and connect with new people allowing them to share experiences, learn from each other and have fun together. Also there is nothing that beats having someone local who knows their way around when you are trying to get to know a new place - you'll be able to see it in a completely different light than you would otherwise.
