Overview
About Me
Hello there! My name is Rona and in September I will start studying philosophy at the university of Leiden in the Netherlands after a gap year. Last three months I was in Costa Rica and Panama, doing a language course and traveling around the two countries. A couple of days in the end of July and the beginning of August I will be traveling through Europe with an interrail pass. I am mainly looking to discover the north of Italy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As a soon to be student I'm looking to make connections all over Europe. As I am still young I would like to learn from other people and meet someone with different viewing points. Also the hostels in Europe cost a little more than I can afford at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Recently I've tried scuba diving for the very first time with a good friend of mine. In three days time I've obtained my PADI open water license. With this skill I am looking forward to discover some new under water perspectives.
Teach, Learn, Share
We could do a language exchange. I would be able to teach Dutch for example. The other way around, I could benefit too. Learning Spanish, French or German for example.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Question filled conversations about history, philosophy, art or anything else while enjoying a Dutch stroopwafel.
