Hi everyone! My name is Ivana, I live in Pola de Lena, a tiny village in northern Spain. I studied Philosophy and Sociology, and now I'm studying a PhD in Philosophy of Science. I will be in Sweden from 10th of April to 10th of May :)

I've played piano (classical music) since I was 6 years old. I also like film photography and cinema, and this year I'm begining with ceramic and pottery, and would like to visit museums and galleries from your country. I considerer myself a quite person, maybe even shy sometimes, specially when I have to talk in english, but only in a first impression. After a short time I get confident and I love to share and talk with everyone.

I live in a rural area, so I really enjoy countryside, farms and tiny villages. I also live with a greyhound and two cats, so animals are welcome :)

Music: Jazz, classical music, shoegaze, post-rock, alternative rock, traditional music...

Movies: Bergman, Tarkovski, Rohmer, Billy Wilder, Koreeda, Bela Tarr... I really love cinema and art related issues.

Books: Poetry (T.S. Elliot, Cummings, Baudelaire, Paul Eluard, Octavio Paz, Pizarnik...) and I also enjoy narrative and essais. Everything it's welcome if it's literature!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some spanish and share with you all my knowledge about spanish dishes, music, art and whatever you wanna know about my country! If you have a piano I can teach you as well, and I would love to play with you if you are into music.
