Hi everyone! I am a Dutchie who's currently living in Budapest to volunteer in social work (doing an EVS project). Would describe myself as friendly, interested, social and ambitious. I would love to see new countries, new cities and meet new people. Interested in history, culture and nature but also just some good food, good beer and a nice party :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Just've been trying this app since recently to make traveling easier and to meet new people. I can't promise for now to welcome couchsurfers in Budapest, since I am in a flat of my organisation. But maybe we can make it up for when I'm back in the Netherlands!

Interests

I love my job and like to work with people with mental disabilities, psychiatric disorders and autism. I am also a tour guide for this special needs group and I like to see new places. Fell in love with Budapest last summer so I went back to stay a little longer and volunteer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I actually like all kinds of music. Indie, rock, disco, 80s, electro, techno are probably the most frequently listened genres. I like psychological thrillers in books. I've watched all the seasons of Modern Family probably a hundred times.
