Overview
About Me
I'm a researcher at a university with a big curiosity for the world around me, both in science and in life. I enjoy staying active by going to the gym and running regularly. I also find joy and calm in caring for plants, especially flowers, there's something special about watching things grow.
One of my biggest passions is connecting with people from different backgrounds. I love learning about new languages, cultures, discovering unique ways of living, and exchanging ideas. I'm friendly, open-minded, and respectful of different beliefs and lifestyles. I truly believe that we all have something to learn from one another.
Reading, exploring, and making new friends around the globe are just some of the ways I try to stay connected to this big, beautiful world. If you're up for a good conversation, cultural exchange, or even just sharing stories over a cup of coffee or tea, I'm always excited to meet fellow travelers and locals alike.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe travel is about more than just seeing new places, it's about connecting with people, sharing stories, and learning from different ways of life. I love the idea of cultural exchange and building friendships across borders.
As someone who's curious about the world and passionate about understanding different cultures, Couchsurfing is a great way to meet people, both locals and travelers, and have authentic experiences. Whether it's sharing a meal, having a meaningful conversation, or just exchanging ideas, I enjoy moments that bring people closer together.
To me, Couchsurfing is not just a place to stay, it’s a community where we can support, inspire, and learn from one another.

Teach, Learn, Share
I’d be happy to teach you some Turkish — whether it’s basic phrases or deeper cultural expressions. I can also share how to cook traditional Turkish food (yes, I love spending time in the kitchen!), and I enjoy talking about my experiences living in other cultures, including the challenges, surprises, and growth that came with it.
I'm always open to learning new things — whether it's a new language, a local recipe, or a new way of thinking. I’m especially interested in learning more about different cultures, beliefs, and lifestyles from the people who live them.
I’d love to share good conversations, laughs, travel stories, and cultural insights. Whether it’s over a walk, a shared meal, or just relaxing and talking, I enjoy creating genuine connections and exchanging ideas and experiences.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share good conversation, positive energy, and respect for your space and time. I’m easygoing, tidy, and always try to be a thoughtful guest. I love exchanging ideas, stories, and perspectives, and I’m always curious to learn about your city or lifestyle from a local point of view.
If you're interested, I’d be happy to cook a Turkish meal for you or teach you some basic Turkish. I can also share my experiences as a researcher and living in different cultures. Whether it's a cultural exchange or just enjoying a relaxed chat, I appreciate meaningful connections and open-mindedness.
Most of all, I bring a genuine interest in people and a deep respect for the kindness that Couchsurfing represents.
