Overview
About Me
I’m 23 brazilian girl, Japanese descendant; discovering new coutries by myself for the first time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to think outside the box.
Interests
I come from a huge and underdeveloped country, where travelling can be very expensive for many reasons.
When I apllied to my exchange program I thought It would be a great opportunity for me to meet other countries since I had never traveled abroad before.
But then, when I arrived here, I realized that the satisfaction of traveling wasn’t related just to the places themselves. I realized that I was happier when I knew someone at the hostel and felt discovering new people, when I was in touch with a different culture or a different way of facing things.
So, as I was most of the time travelling alone, I thought would be a good experience for me to try CS mainly because in Brazil this way of travelling is not usual at all and I’m almost sure that I won’t have this opportunity again (or not as the same way as now).
I really want to remember the places I’ve been to more because of the memories and stories I carry with me than of their touristic and ordinary beauty. Cause I’m sure I’m gonne travel to these places again when I get older (with more money absolutely hahaha) but I’m not that sure about having the opportunity of this experience again.
>> Of course I want to come back to Brazil saying “I’ve met the London Eye, the Eiffel Tour, the Atomiun, it’s amazing (...)” but would be even more interesting to say this plus “I was host by a guy/girl who teached me XYZ and It changed my life in this or that way” <<
That would be really AMAZING! And that’s what I’m looking for.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love every music that makes my heart beat in a truly way, it doesn’t matter the type.
I’m addicted to documentaries, especially those that explain the functioning of the Universe, electromagnetic fields, energy, healing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Nowadays almost everything is about ourselves, only. I’m trying to be less selfish each day that passes by.
I’ll not try to impress you telling how amazing I am or how many thing I’ve done in life cause as I do this, I put myself in a superior position and I’m not better than you.
I would rather hear you first and then I would comment something about me that can connect us.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to do brigadeiro and how to play rugby. Maybe I can cook some Japanese and Brazilian food also.
But since I’ve moved to Lisbon I think the most great thing I can share with you would be how I changed my perspective of life, even my diet (trying to become vegetarian).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my thoughts and my knowledge about matters that evolve the universe, energy, positive thinking, astrology and these stuff.
