I'm an artist with a mathematical soul, crazily interested in any new skill that there is to learn. Facing what life has to offer with perhaps a bit too sarcastic humour at times, yet I try to treat people with kindness.

I'm pretty much interested in anything ranging from the paint stroke style of Vincent van Gogh to the physics of black holes, but I find meeting new people and learning from them the most interesting. I'm able to have a good conversation with anybody who's willing to listen and speak to me. (But I don't like big groups, I tend to be the introvert there.)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To have one less excuse and one motivation more to travel the world. And to hopefully show a few people how amazing my hometown is - I can't really host anyone since I'm living with my parents and will be going off to university dorms after the summer break, but I would love to meet up with anyone travelling to Olomouc, I can guide you trough the city and show you around. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical literature has such good pieces to offer it's hard to choose but I'm a huge Shakespeare and Edgar Allan Poe fan. Theatre of the Absurd is the best thing ever and Brandon Sanderson is the god of fantasy literature.
I don't watch a lot of movies but I'd watch Beetlejuice, The Secret life of Walter Mitty or The Intouchables any time.
As for music I enjoy all different styles - classical, metal, rock or czech folk music of the past.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the basics of salsa, standard or latin dancing, as well as a few chords on the ukulele, an easy song on the piano or a few blows on a recorder. Czech is a hard language, but it's always fun teaching people random words from it - especially the "ř" sound makes people go "wow, you people have a weird language." :D
Also I'm pretty passionate about explaining the physics of all kinds of mundane things, of course I don't know everything, but I can help you find a different angle on science, physics and maths if you're interested.

I'm happy to share the few stories that I experienced throughout my life, views on the universe that I made and the most ludicrous hypothetical ideas that come out of mind 60% of the days' time.

I'd be glad to learn a few words from any language and any random fact - especially history or science. I also love to listen to how people are choosing to live their life, their goals, mottos, rules. :)
